Anvita Builders Pvt. Ltd. is a leading construction company with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Founded as P.G. Constructions, the company initially focused on the construction of warehouses and factory buildings in Bellary district of Karnataka. In 1996, we undertook the construction of a power plant for Jindal Thermal Power Corporation Limited (JTPCL), completing a project of 1 lakh square feet area. This project helped us gain valuable experience in managing large-scale construction projects, and set the stage for our future success in the industry.
Over the years, Anvita Builders Pvt. Ltd. has grown to become a trusted name in the construction industry, with a strong track record of successfully completed projects. In the years between 1996-1998, we undertook construction works of warehouse, cattle feed factory, hatcheries building for the organization called Sandur Hatcheries Limited, completing projects of an area of 90,000 square feet, 60,000 square feet, and 22,000 square feet, respectively. During the years 1997-2000, we also constructed an automobile workshop for Sandur Polytechnic.
After the year 2000, Anvita Builders Pvt. Ltd. began its projects in Bangalore and then Kochi in Kerala, where we completed many residential and commercial projects.
