Foundation
:

RCC Framed structure with solid concrete block masonry resting on pile foundation.

Doors
:

Teak wood front door. All other doors with 1st class country wood frames with paneled shutters. Toilet Doors shall be PVC

Windows
:

Fully glazed Aluminum frame sliding cum openable windows with protection grills.

Flooring
:

Vitrified tile flooring for the entire area except toilets,
Anti-skid ceramic tile flooring for toilets.

Toilets
:

Full ht. dadoing with designer glazed tiles. Fittings shall be Cera / Hindware and best quality CP fittings provided.

Painting
:

All internal walls shall be painted with plastic Emulsion putty finish.
